Activities

The activities of IQ^hiv fall into three basic categories:

• Practical tools: IQ^hiv is building a ‘clearinghouse’ of QI tools for use in HIV prevention. The initial set of tools focuses on improving HIV prevention activities, projects and programs.
• Technical assistance: IQ^hiv works with organisations to identify areas where they need technical assistance to implement quality improvement processes.
• Capacity building: IQ^hiv conducts workshops and roadshows to raise awareness of quality improvement and to promote an ongoing dialogue on how to incorporate it into operations and activities.
